5. How often will I get paid??
Payments are made to your bank between the 9th and 14th of each month.
The statement for the previous month will be available in our system, which you can access through your personal login.
If a booking spans two months (e.g., January 29th to February 4th), the payment for that booking will be included in the later month's statement.
6. What happens if something breaks or a guest causes damage?
First and foremost, Vacation Trysil always collects a security deposit from the guest. This deposit is refunded no later than 7 days after the guest's departure.
